Tasks
Procurement of hardware and software assets in coordination with strategic purchasing and the contracting authority
Contact for technical advice and support for procurement measures or licensing issues in customer projects and stakeholder management
Establish and maintain procedures for inventorying the various assets
Document, communicate and provide guidelines and instructions for the permissible use and safe handling of hardware and software
Carrying out contract negotiations and manufacturer audits as well as checking the content of license conditions and contracts
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer compliance requirements
Essential qualifications
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training with professional experience in the IT environment
Relevant professional experience in contract and asset management
Knowledge of current license models from leading software manufacturers
Experience and knowledge of common methods and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 and asset management applications Very good knowledge of
German and English, both spoken and written business and legal thinking and acting
